eSTEAM webinar series

Three webinars on coding, AI in Africa and digital sovereignty. I led the publicity for each one, and views on our promotion grew more than six times between April and August.

02Overview

eSTEAM is Coderina's initiative for science, technology, engineering, arts and maths education. In 2026 it ran a webinar series: Coding the Future: Digital Renaissance in April, AI in Africa: Data-Driven Foundations and Deployment in July, and Digital Sovereignty: the Future of Tech Policy in Africa in August.

I led the publicity campaign for each webinar. Every campaign taught me something about what our audience responded to, and I carried that into the next one. The result was steady growth: promotion for the first webinar reached 150 views, and promotion for the August webinar reached 958.

03How I ran each campaign
  1. 01

    Plan

Set the audience and message for each webinar's topic and speakers.

  2. 02

    Promote

Built a run of posts across eSTEAM's channels in the weeks before.

  3. 03

    Learn

Looked at what reached furthest and carried it into the next campaign.

Since joining Coderina Education and Technology Foundation as an NYSC corp member, Peace Agada has served as our Social Media Manager and has become central to how we show up online. She manages our presence across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter and TikTok, along with the accounts of our programmes, including COUCH and eSTEAM. Each one stays consistent with the Coderina brand while keeping a voice of its own.

Peace treats social media as brand strategy, not just posting. She thinks carefully about audience, messaging, and how each piece of content supports our mission of advancing STEAM and robotics education across Africa. Under her management, the Coderina University Challenge (COUCH) Instagram account has seen strong follower growth, and she built and ran the engagement campaign for the 2026 National Robotics Championships, which featured the FIRST LEGO League Challenge and the FIRST Tech Challenge. She kept audiences engaged throughout the competition and turned fast-moving event moments into content that parents, partners and young people could connect with.

She also manages our Innovations Instagram account, where she showcases our work in additive manufacturing and reverse engineering, especially 3D printing. She makes technical work accessible and visually compelling without losing accuracy.

Peace is dependable, creative and takes real ownership of her work. She meets deadlines, responds quickly during live events, and brings fresh ideas without needing close supervision. She takes feedback well and applies it. I recommend her without reservation to any organisation looking for a strategic, reliable and creative social media professional.
