I am · Communications & PR

A communicator who believes stories change things.

I help organisations say what they mean, clearly and warmly, so the people they serve understand them, trust them and act. My work sits where communications, brand strategy and public relations meet.

01What I believe

Principles I don't compromise on.

  1. 01

    People before platforms

Every message starts with who it's for and what they need. The platform comes second.

  2. 02

    Stories over announcements

Stories about learners and communities reach further than plain announcements, so I lead with people.

  3. 03

    Honest reporting

I measure what happened, say so plainly, and use it to do better on the next campaign.

02My story
Peace speaking in the Coderina lab, with 3D printers behind her

From Nsukka to national campaigns.

I studied Mass Communication at the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. Long before I graduated, I was already doing the work: four years documenting community programmes for Agaga Care Foundation, writing reports and advocacy pieces for AFRIYAN, and running health outreach for more than 500 students and residents.

Today I lead communications for Coderina Education and Technology Foundation, managing twelve social accounts across four brands, leading publicity campaigns and teaching social media, brand strategy and PR to young Nigerians on the Federal Government's TVET programme. I'm a McKinsey Forward Fellow and I'm working towards my NIPR certification.

03Humanitarian & development

Before the campaigns, there was the community.

Long before communications was my job, it was how I served. Since 2021 I've worked with non-profits on gender equality, child protection, youth empowerment and community health: leading outreach, running field research, and making sure the people at the centre were heard.

Since joining Coderina Education and Technology Foundation as an NYSC corp member, Peace Agada has served as our Social Media Manager and has become central to how we show up online. She manages our presence across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter and TikTok, along with the accounts of our programmes, including COUCH and eSTEAM. Each one stays consistent with the Coderina brand while keeping a voice of its own.

Peace treats social media as brand strategy, not just posting. She thinks carefully about audience, messaging, and how each piece of content supports our mission of advancing STEAM and robotics education across Africa. Under her management, the Coderina University Challenge (COUCH) Instagram account has seen strong follower growth, and she built and ran the engagement campaign for the 2026 National Robotics Championships, which featured the FIRST LEGO League Challenge and the FIRST Tech Challenge. She kept audiences engaged throughout the competition and turned fast-moving event moments into content that parents, partners and young people could connect with.

She also manages our Innovations Instagram account, where she showcases our work in additive manufacturing and reverse engineering, especially 3D printing. She makes technical work accessible and visually compelling without losing accuracy.

Peace is dependable, creative and takes real ownership of her work. She meets deadlines, responds quickly during live events, and brings fresh ideas without needing close supervision. She takes feedback well and applies it. I recommend her without reservation to any organisation looking for a strategic, reliable and creative social media professional.

Peace Agada, served as a Sustainable Initiative for Protecting and Empowering the African Child, (SiPEAC) Champion under the YouthLed Innovative Approach for Combatting School Related Gender Based Violence Campaign funded by the Global Youth Mobilization in Partnership with the European Union, where she led the research and implemented a project focused on addressing School-Related Gender-Based Violence (SRGBV).

During her time as a SIPEAC Champion, Peace demonstrated a strong commitment to addressing issues affecting the safety, dignity, and wellbeing of children and young people. As part of her project, she engaged with students and members of the school community to raise awareness about School-Related Gender-Based Violence, its different forms, its impact on students, and the importance of creating safer and more supportive learning environments.

She was actively involved in research, community and school engagement, data collection, awareness creation, and educational outreach. Through her engagements, she contributed to conversations that encouraged students to better understand SRGBV, recognise harmful behaviours, speak up about concerns, and understand available avenues for seeking support. She also demonstrated the ability to communicate sensitive issues in a manner that was accessible and appropriate for young people.

Peace distinguished herself through her initiative, communication skills, reliability, teamwork, and commitment to the objectives of the programme. She approached her responsibilities with professionalism and showed an ability to work effectively with students, teachers, fellow champions, and other stakeholders. She was particularly commendable in her ability to translate the knowledge gained through the SIPEAC programme into practical community-level action.

Her project and effort contributed to broader efforts to promote awareness and prevention of SRGBV, while her participation in the programme demonstrated her passion for child protection, education, gender equality, human rights, and community development.

Throughout her engagement, Peace performed her responsibilities diligently and showed strong potential as a young development professional and advocate. Her contribution to SIPEAC is commendable, and I am confident that the skills, experience, and values she developed through the programme will continue to inform her work and contributions to society.
